From the corno-leccino holm oak, a yellow-green blend is obtained, clear and quite dense. Delicate nose, with sensations of almond and pine nut, golden apple, tomato leaf, rocket and lettuce. With well-managed bitter and spicy tones with hints of green pepper at the end. Ideal drizzled over carpaccio of rocket and parmigiano reggiano or over orecchiette with broccoli.
